Affiliated to: Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty, Lucknow

Eligibility: 10+2 (PCB) and English with min. 45% (for Gen / OBC)  and min. 40% (for SC / ST) * 3% is reserved for disability of locomotors

Age Limit:  17 years - 35 years

Students should be medically fit.
